Yes! Both our one bedroom units in the highrise and our two bedroom executive flats have den options, plus some of our studio apartments are very spacious.

Each unit is equipped with a stacking washer and dryer, plus stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

Yes, some 2 bedroom units have balconies.

Yes, all units come with roller blinds that cannot be removed.  You’ll like them – we do!

Yes, there are storage lockers available to rent. *subject to inventory

Yes, there is private bike storage available to rent. *subject to inventory

Parking is available (subject to availability) for an extra monthly fee – ask our leasing staff for more details.

Yes, there are visitor parking spaces in the building, as well as public street parking around the community.

The rent includes, heat, water, and air conditioning.

Residents are required to give 60 days (2 full calendar months) notice, and can do so after their 12 month lease term is ending, or has passed.

Yes, the building is a smoke free property.

Rent can be paid by cheque or pre-authorized automatic withdrawal on the first of each month.

Absolutely!  We love our furry tenants as much as the human ones. We even have a pet wash facility located in the building.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to have a BBQ on a private balcony, but there is a rooftop terrace available for residents to use and it is equipped with gas BBQs.

Absolutely! All units are available to lease prior to the completion of construction.  For more information, please contact us.

Yes and no. Each unit has its own private washer and dryer appliances – so no more sharing machines in a central laundry room.
