Residents are required to give 60 days notice, and can do so when their 12-month lease term is ending or has passed.

Rent can be paid by cheque or pre-authorized automatic withdrawal on the first of each month.

Absolutely! We love our furry tenants as much as the human ones. We even have a pet wash facility located in the building.

BBQs are not allowed on a private balcony, but there is a rooftop terrace available for residents to use with gas BBQs.
