Yes, there are visitor parking spaces in the building, as well as public street parking around the community.

Yes! Each unit has its own private washer and dryer appliances – so no more sharing machines in a central laundry room.

The rent includes, heat, water, and air conditioning.

Residents are required to give 60 days (two full calendar months) notice, and can do so when their 12 month lease term is ending, or has passed.

Yes, the building is a smoke free property.

Rent can be paid by cheque or pre-authorized automatic withdrawal on the first of each month.

Absolutely! We love our furry tenants as much as the human ones. We even have a pet wash facility located in the building.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to have a BBQ on a private balcony, but there is a rooftop terrace available for residents to use and it is equipped with gas BBQs.
